It is possible to give in the meta-information of a document or passage a
set of index terms, using the ITermSet element.
The ITermSet element can contain one or several index terms,
IndexTerm. It is particularly interesting to insert index terms into
meta-information when using the Zone attribute of the IndexTerm
element, indicating that an index term is pointing a zone, and not the point
where the IndexTerm element is inserted.
